We celebrate Christmas all month at Gorman!
Take a look at some of our past celebrations!
The Sunday evening after Thanksgiving, we bring sides and desserts (we usually provide the meat!) and have a meal together. We also have singing while enjoying campfire s'mores, hot cocoa, cider, and coffee. Anyone is welcome to this event!
Sunday, November 30, from 5:00-7:00PM in the Family Life Center and parking lot in front of it.
Our Worship Choir presents their Christmas musical during our Gorman Family Christmas. Come hear some wonderful songs about why Christmas is so important.
Sunday, December 21, at 10:45AM in the Sanctuary
In addition to walking neighborhoods, some carolers will go to our immobile church members and carol to them.
Sunday, December 14, at 4:00PM in the Family Life Center (before going out).
A time for the kids to celebrate, including a birthday cake for Jesus. During our Jingle JAMboree our GBC Kids' JAM leaders guide the children to eat, sing, and do crafts celebrating Christmas.
Wednesday, December 17, at 6:30PM. Sign-in and sign-out your child at the gym before we head to the 2nd floor Kids Wing.
We focus on the Scripture of the Christmas story while interspersed with an eclectic selection of music from our Praise Team.
Sunday, December 21, at 6:00PM in the Sanctuary.
The Sunday before (or of) Christmas we have a special 'family' time in the Sanctuary where there is something for everyone. We all sing together; Kids come up and hear the Christmas story; adults see a unique way to view Christmas.
